The Migrant Experience
Featuring individual revolutionaries from our migrant communities.
“In a time when being who you are is “illegal” and truth is irrelevant, telling your truth and story is revolution. Because no life is illegal, you are invited to join us for an evening of storytelling and conversation to illuminate this truth and advance our collective understanding of the migrant experience. We can collectively and poly-culturally redefine what it means to be an American (North-American), which very notion is being assaulted and centralized by white supremacists and nationalists. Come tell your story, bring a friend to tell theirs, together we strengthen, empower, and take care of each other, to continue to weave the fabric of our stories that made up this country, a nation of immigrants. The event will take place on February 25th from 6-9 PM at Baik Gallery.”
